Frequently asked questions
- Can I mix Basic and Enhanced mailboxes on the same domain?
- Yes. Power users can have Enhanced while lighter accounts stay on Basic — you are billed per mailbox, not per domain.
- Can I change a mailbox size later?
- Any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; you only pay the difference for the remainder of the billing period.
- How does extra storage work?
- Need more than 50 GB? Add storage in 10 GB chunks at $1.99 per mailbox per month, or contact us about larger custom mailboxes (up to 200 GB).
- Is there a minimum number of mailboxes?
- No. Start with a single mailbox and add more as your team grows.
- Do you offer volume discounts?
- Yes — discounts start at 1,000 mailboxes. Contact sales with your projected mailbox count for a quote.
- What about native Outlook sync (OEX)?
- For plug-in-free Outlook connectivity — mail, calendar and contacts — ask us about OEX mailboxes. They are quoted separately.
